01. Measure & Design

The first step is for us to come out and complete a site visit. This is where we use our experience to give you advice and ideas as to what would work best for your home.

02. Fixed Price Quote

Next, we’ll prepare a full, fixed-price quote for the completion of your job. This means you’ll know exactly how much your project will cost, without any hidden extras.

03. Building Permits

Once you have signed off on the quote, we will take care of all requisite building permits and planning requirements to ensure your new structure is compliant.

04. Construction

Our team of experts will then undertake the construction of your made-to-order verandah or patio, always adhering to the highest standards of workmanship and using top quality materials.

05. Handover

After construction we complete a full handover, including finalising our inspection checklist, a walk-through review and, if required, making any changes. 

06. Warranty

We offer a 10 Year Structural Warranty on all our constructions for your peace of mind.

Communication

We understand that engaging a builder to construct your outdoor structure may be a daunting task. At Premium Patios, we take away the confusion by providing an easy one-stop-shop for all your outdoor living needs. However, just because we know what where doing, doesn’t mean we expect you to!

We therefore make certain everyone is on the same page by taking the time to explain the whole process in detail.

We do so by running through our unique “ 6 Step Journey” which steps you through your journey with us, from your initial enquiry all the way to completion. Along the journey we continue to keep you updated so you always know the next steps.

Experience

Our experience allows us to guide you in the right direction from the very start. We have spent the last decade designing, planning and building hundreds of patios, carports, gazebos and verandahs.

To make the process as streamlined as possible we offer free site visits. We take this opportunity to listen to what you want to achieve and use our experience to help assist in you. We can assist with questions you may have around design, positioning, costings and timeframes to make sure you are comfortable with the process and pricing.

You can rest easy knowing we hold all the correct licencing including carpentry licences, builder – low rise licence (in multiple states), QBCC registered and we are also members of the Master Builders Association.
